Caltech FlyTracker

Requirements:
   64-bit OS X, Windows, or Linux. Matlab R2013b or later (with Image Processing and Statistics toolboxes).

Quick start:

1. Download and unzip the FlyTracker.
2. Add FlyTracker to your Matlab path by navigating to its directory and typing:
   >> modpath; savepath;
3. Collect all videos with identical filming- and experimental conditions into one folder.
4. Track your videos using the tracker interface (where you will calibrate tracker and specify options):
   >> tracker
5. View tracking results and annotate videos using the visualizer:   
   >> visualizer
